“Anything but French?’’ In retrospect this headline on my last post seems a little harsh and doesn’t at all express my true sentiments. Crave French, maybe. Anything but? The only time that’s true is when I’ve been drinking too much French wine and have to branch out for journalistic purposes.

I was doing some reading on the Internet, looking into Christmas Ales for the upcoming season. On Anchor Steam Ale’s website I came across an article that mentioned how their Christmas Ale is made differently every year. They also mentioned how it is common for people to hold onto a few bottles and store them so that they can enjoy them, to my amazement, years later and compare
