The Galliano in this cocktail gives it a pink tint, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz cream
- 3/4 oz Galliano
- 1 dash grenadine

Normally, I wouldn’t advocate the consumption of Jello shots. They disappear quickly and are dangerously efficient. I prefer to enjoy the taste of whatever beverages I happen to imbibe, not suck them down as fast as humanly possible.

Sorry. I’ve been watching a Cleveland sports team in the playoffs again. It’s something of a seasonal ritual for me, troubling deaf heaven with my bootless cries, pleading like Job to a merciless God … you know, that sort of thing.
