There are many Champagne Punches that you can make. This one in particular is both easy and fruity. Serving a punch like this at any party is a wonderful way to celebrate the occasion with the bubbly and is especially appropriate for New Year’s and housewarming parties. Recipe makes 25- 4 ounce servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz frozen fruit punch, partially thawed
  • 10 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 24 oz ginger ale
  • 1 qt Champagne
  • 3 cups water

The Cantarito is a complex cousin of the Paloma and is another favorite of Mexico. This classic highball adds lemon and orange juice to the mix of tequila, lime and grapefruit soda. There are a few brands of soda out there that fit the bill, but Squirt is most commonly used. The juices make this cocktail and it’s always best with fresh squeezed juice.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • grapefruit soda
  • lemon, lime and orange wedges for garnish
  • salt for rimming (optional)

If you like a White Russian you may really like a Colorado Bulldog. The only difference being that in this recipe you top with equal amount of cream and cola instead of cream alone. It really adds a nice touch that mixes up a routine of Russians.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • cream or milk
  • cola
