This is one of the most interesting pumpkin-flavored martinis yet. In the Pumpkin Divine a little bit of pear is mixed with lush pumpkin butter and the seasonings of cinnamon, clove nutmeg and apple finish off the fall flavors in a fantastic splash. I’ve tried it with a variety of pear-infused vodkas and Grey Goose’s subtlety in the flavor is a great match, most of the others were over-peary.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 part Grey Goose La Poire vodka
  • 1 part pumpkin butter
  • ½ part triple sec
  • ½ part simple syrup
  • pinch each of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger
  • grated nutmeg and apple chip for garnish

In this cocktail we’re comining the flavors of fresh pomegranate and apple juice (fresh is best of course) to create one great, unique drink. Dusk in Eden is a great alternative to the oh-so-popular Appletini, you don’t have the full-on, overly sweet apple (typically contributed by schnapps), instead it’s a rich apple that is offset by fresh pomegranate. The result is one spectacular Martini.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 parts 42 Below Vodka
  • 1 large slice of pomegranate, chopped
  • 1 part apple juice
  • dash of simple syrup
  • pomegranate seeds to garnish

Talk about a pure autumn delight, this cocktail is it. The Manuka and Maple Sour is an excellent display of 42 Below Honey vodka and maple syrup, served up with a little lemon and bitters. It’s the perfect example of what a true cocktail needs: base, sweet, sour and bitter. This cocktail is the perfect libation for brunch, dessert or any fall occasion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 part 42 Below Honey Vodka
  • 1/2 part maple syrup
  • 2/3 part lemon juice
  • dash of bitters
  • lemon zest and orange peel for garnish
