Cinzano Bianco Vermouth, which is called for in this Speranza recipe, is a delicate sweet vermouth that is not as full bodied as Cinzano’s Rosso. In this cocktail it is a great compliment to the intense flavors of Campari and adds just enough sweetness to that dry aperitif without fighting it with too much sweetness like other sweet vermouths. The Speranza makes a fantastic aperitif, is a nice introduction to Campari and is similar to the ever popular Negroni.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 oz Cinzano Bianco Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz SKYY Vodka
- orange wedge for garnish
