This is one of my favorite blue martinis that I created when experimenting with some of the new pear-infused vodkas. There are two different flavors that are possible with this drink, depending on the gin that you choose. For a light, refreshing Dafne Martini I like to use the "fruitier" gins like Tanqueray Rangpur. Boodles, Bulldog and Martin Miller’s takes this drink to the drier side, it’s all a matter of what you’re in the mood for at the time.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 1/2 oz pear vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- dash of orange bitters
