The Liquid Bourbon ball is a great dessert drink from The Woodford Reserve Culinary Cocktail Tour, a food and cocktail book put out by the distillery. The chocolate and hazelnut liqueurs are great flavor pairings for Woodford Reserve’s complex bourbon flavor profile.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1 oz white creme de cacao
1/4 oz hazelnut liqueur
chocolate shavings for garnish

Babel-On the Rocks

Babel, starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, is one of the 2007 Oscar nominees and in honor of the film Kahlua created this creamy cocktail. It’s actually a brand specific copycat of the White Russian, the Babel- On the Rocks distinguishes itself by using the luxury vodka, Stoli Elit. Invite friends over for a pre-Oscar dinner and serve them Babel-On the Rocks for dessert while watching the red carpet arrivals.
