Every aspiring professional bartender should put this easy highball on their list of drinks to memorize. A Canadian whiskey works really well in this drink and while some may use plain water or soda water, ginger ale is most commonly used as the mixer.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • ginger ale

PREPARATION:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour the whiskey into the glass.
  3. Top with ginger ale.
