The In & Out Lemontini transforms the dry In & Out Martini into a sweet dessert cocktail. It does this by replacing vermouth with lemoncello, which is best kept chilled in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 oz vodka
  • splash of lemoncello
  • lemon twist for garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour a splash of lemoncello into a frozen cocktail glass.
  2. Swirl the liqueur around in the glass until all surfaces are coated.
  3. Shake the vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Throw away any excess lemoncello in the glass.
  5. Strain the shaken vodka into the coated cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
