Try with dark rum or blend with fresh pineapple for a Frozen Pina Colada.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with crushed ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
