This grapefruit and gin cocktail is a slight variation of the Greyhound and an ideal choice for a summertime brunch. White grapefruit juice can also be used and adds a sweeter flare.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 oz grapefruit juice
  • salt for rimming
  • lemon or lime wedge for garnish

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour the ingredients into a collins glass rimmed with salt and filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
