This grapefruit and gin cocktail is a slight variation of the Greyhound and an ideal choice for a summertime brunch. White grapefruit juice can also be used and adds a sweeter flare.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz gin
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- salt for rimming
- lemon or lime wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
- Pour the ingredients into a collins glass rimmed with salt and filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
